Nathan Woodworth

Nathan Woodworth is an actor and accent/dialect coach who is a Certified Teacher of Knight-Thompson Speechwork (KTS). In 2021, he won a Fulbright Scholarship to earn his Master of Arts in Classical Acting at the world-leading London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art (LAMDA), funded by the prestigious Fulbright/John Wood LAMDA Award in Classical Acting (only one such scholarship is awarded annually in the US). He’s proudly enrolled in the Karuk Tribe of California and plays an active role in his tribe’s language revitalization project, using his skills in phonetics, speech, and accent-work to both speak and transcribe the critically endangered Karuk language. He has spent three years as an accent coach working primarily with non-American actors on American accents, including Boston, New York, Oklahoma, South Carolina, West Texas, and California. He has also coached actors in London accents (especially Modern RP), as Irish (South Dublin) and Karuk. Since the age of 12 Nathan has performed stand-up comedy as an impressionist with over 100 voices and is capable of coaching clients who need to play characters based on real people.
