Whether you’re brand new to the work or have already begun your exploration, join Certified Teachers Molly Wetzel and Natalie Blackman for a free workshop as we outline the KTS guiding principles (perhaps), and lead participants through an exploration of the vocal tract and the ingredients of accent work!

Tickets for this webinar are free. Registration will close 12 hours prior to the event and participants will then receive Zoom link information. All registrants will also receive the recording after the meeting has ended and been processed.

Natalie Blackman is a certified teacher of Fitzmaurice Voicework® and Knight-Thompson Speechwork™. She serves as Assistant Professor of Voice and Acting at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and Voice and Text Coach for the Illinois Shakespeare Festival. She and her collaborator, Amani Dorn, received the 2025 Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival National Award for Outstanding Dialect Coaching. Natalie has also worked as a professional actor in New York and across the United States for nearly 20 years. She holds an MFA from Illinois State University and a BFA from the University of Utah. natalieblackman.com

Molly Wetzel is a voice and dialect coach, and actor. As a coach she has worked in many professional theatres in the Houston area including the Alley Theatre, Stages Repertory Theatre, and Theatre Under the Stars. As a performer, Molly has worked for regional theatres around the country, including the Utah Shakespeare Festival, Pacific Conservatory Theatre, and the Texas Shakespeare Festival. She is an Assistant Professor of Voice and Speech at the University of Houston and serves as the American English pronunciation specialist for Atsueigo Online in Japan. She is a certified teacher of Knight-Thompson Speechwork™.
