She received her BA in Drama and Theatre Studies from Royal Holloway\, University of London before training as an actor at The Bridge Theatre Training Company. She has an MA in Voice Studies from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and is part of Freelancers Make Theatre Work’s Dawn Chorus collective. Gurkiran works at a number of drama schools and with private and corporate clients. Since June 2021\, Gurkiran has coached over 20 productions. Jacqueline holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in Acting from the \n\n\n\nUniversity of North Carolina at Greensboro\, and is a certified Associate Instructor \n\n\n\nof Fitzmaurice Voicework and an Associate Editor of the International Dialects of English \n\n\n\nArchive. Teaching credits include: The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute\, The American Musical and Dramatic Academy (NY)\, The Black Arts Institute at Stella Adler\, New York Film Academy\, Brooklyn College\, Point Park University Conservatory of Performing Arts\, Montclair State University\, University at Albany\, Wildwind Performance Lab at Texas Tech\, The Kennedy Center\, and The American College Theatre Festival. Her professional dialect coaching credits include: True Colors Theatre\, The Kennedy Center\, Ensemble Studio Theatre\, American Players Theatre and Pittsburgh Playhouse. TV performance credits include: The Good Cop (Netflix); First Wives Clubs (BET+) and Law and Order SVU (NBC). Theater performance credits include: Cherry Lane Studio Theatre\, 13th Street Repertory Theatre\, Negro Ensemble Theatre\, Nashville Repertory Theatre\, and Triad Stage. Professional Memberships: Actors’ Equity Association (AEA); Screen Actors Guild (SAG-AFTRA); Voice and Speech Trainers Association (VASTA); and Association for Theatre in Higher Education (ATHE). \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJosh “J” Feliciano-Sanchez Moser (they/them) is an NYC based actor\, educator\, and voice/dialect specialist.  Josh is a Certified Teacher of both Fitzmaurice Voicework® and Knight Thompson Speechwork\, with an MFA from Savannah College of Art and Design.  \n\n\n\nSome of Josh’s coaching work includes: Profile Theatre\, Phoenix Theatre Ensemble\, Brown U/Trinity Repertory\, CNN’s Harry Enten\, Savannah Stage Company\, Savannah Shakes\, Garden of Voices\, and others.  They are the co-author of the article Strategies for Guiding Actors’ Accent and Linguistic Needs in the 21st Century\, which provides strategies for coaching multi-cultural and multi-lingual actors. J is an Assistant Professor in Kean University’s Theatre Conservatory\, as well as a Senior Consultant for the Strictly Speaking Group.  Additional teaching experience includes: Brown University/Trinity Repertory MFA Interim head of Voice and Speech from 2019 – 2022; HB Studios; The American Academy of Dramatic Arts; the La MaMa ETC/Trinity College Performing Arts Semester; City College of New York; SCAD; PACE; and others.
